On March 2008, Rexel acquired the Hagemeyer Group. The Elektroskandia companies, present in 8 countries, were part of this Group. On June 2008, Rexel completed the sale to Sonepar of certain Hagemeyer Group companies, including Elektroskandia in Sweden.
